from Luc de Tremmerie, Municipal Inspector of Canton de
Dundee, dated March 4, 2021, and again on September 2,
2021, buyer's will require authorisation from Ministère de
l'environnement for any construction on the property. An
expert study would be required. An initial visit by the
afore mentioned inspector would confirm that it is unlikely
to receive the required authorisation to build on this
lakeshore within the zone of the Protection Policy for
Lakeshores, Riverbanks, Littoral Zones and Floodplains
(L.R.Q. c.Q-2, r.17.3). According to an email received
