1.  This sale is made without legal warranty, at buyer's 
risks and perils.
2.  The property is located in the green zone and governed 
by the laws protecting agricultural land and its activities.
3.  MAPAQ credit is applied to municipal and school taxes.
4.  All measures are approximate and based on the cadastral 
plan and municipal information.  The seller does not 
guarantee the land area, the number of taps and production 
volume.
5.  Breakdown of sale price will be supplied to the notary 
by the seller or his accountant.

7. There is first right of refusal in favour of James

8. The sellers declares that the immovable is subject to 
the following servitudes:

by Mr. Aurèle Beaudin, signed before Notary Hector Crete on

b) a servitude for public utility in favour of Shawinigan

office in Huntingdon under the number 57535.
