1. The sale is made at the buyer's risk and peril, without 
any legal warranty. 
The sale includes vacant farmland with older farm buildings 
and silos that are currently leased.  A small portion of 
the land, approximately one acre, the older farm buildings, 
and silos are leased to the neighbor. 
2. All measurements are approximate. The measurements are 
based on municipal information. The seller does not 
guarantee the land area, the cultivable area, or the 
quality, type, or distance of the drainage system, if 
applicable. 
3. MAPAQ credit is applied to the municipal and school taxes 
4. The seller will not provide any certificate of location, 
survey, technical description, or other document prepared 
by a land surveyor. If such a document is necessary, the 
buyer will bear the costs. 
5. The property is located in the green zone and is 
protected by the law on the protection of agricultural land 
and its activities.
