The objective of this sale is to sell the assets of a
company, Les Matériaux de Construction Robidoux Inc.,
namely buildings located at 3300 Chemin de la Rivière La
Guerre saint-Anicet (Québec) J0S 1B0, Lot cadastre du
Québec
4 671 244, including several buildings, hardware and wood
enclosures, as well as equipment and inventory related to
the operation of the business.
The buyer and seller agree that due to practical and tax
considerations, this sale will be made through the transfer
of shares of a company, namely Les Matériaux de
Construction Robidoux Inc.

The value of the shares will be determined by an
accountant, to the satisfaction of the buyer and seller. In
the event that the buyer or seller is not satisfied with
the value determined, they will have 10 days to notify the
other party in writing of their decision to make the
promise to purchase null and void. If neither party
notifies the other party within the specified period in the
manner described above, the parties will have waived this
condition.

3. The seller states that there is an oil tank (completely
empty) buried under the entrance steps.

4. The neighbor's well and shed will be used by the buyer.
The latter will have a maximum of 6 months to install and
